Please read this Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”, “Policy”) in full before using our Services. This Policy explains what you are paying for, the general terms and conditions for refunds, the process of refunding money, and other questions related to getting your money back. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not pay for our Services.

This Refund Policy, Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy constitute integral parts of Gamingspay.com Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise specified, the terms used in this document shall have the same meaning as in Gamingspay.com Terms and Conditions.

What services do we provide, and what are you paying for?

We provide payable services to customers. Customers can purchase Games, Gift Cards on our website.

What are the general refund terms and conditions?

In general, we do not provide refunds for our Services under any circumstances.

Certain restrictions apply to sales of Products sold through the Service that might not otherwise apply to physical goods. Refunds will not be issued due to your dissatisfaction with the product or if your computer does not meet the minimum Product requirements.

Purchases made with the use of a proxy server, VPN or similar technology may not work at all and will not be eligible for a refund.

Exception: Refunds may be issued solely at Gamingspay.com’s discretion and every refund request is treated on a case by case basis, taking into consideration the following conditions:

      The time of your request for refund/credit is no more than 7 days from the time of purchase.

      The game has not been activated or downloaded (including keyless redemption).

      The game activation key (including any bonus or beta keys) has not been disclosed to you by email or web page.

We do not have any credits or bonuses on our website. We can process a refund only by the same means that you used to pay for our services. Refunds will not be processed in the name of other Parties or through other payment methods not used initially to pay for our Services.

How fast can I get the refund?

The general refund period is 7 days plus the standard period for processing banking transactions at your bank and credit card company.

How do I request a refund?

In order to request a refund you would need to send a message to our support email with indicating your username, order id and reason for refund. After receiving your request for a refund and inspecting the condition of your request, we will either process your refund or revert back to you with reason for rejection of your request.

Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your request to process your refund. Refunds may take 2 to 3 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EU Customers:

 

If you reside in the European Union and you purchase a Product the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 may apply, and you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen calendar days, commencing on the day after the date of purchase (the "Cooling Off Period"). You will lose your right of withdrawal if you start downloading your product, or if the performance of our services has begun (such as if the Product activation key has been disclosed to you), before the end of the Cooling Off Period. Please note that if you purchase services from us, the performance of our services will begin immediately after you have received our purchase confirmation email. To withdraw from your purchase within the Cooling Off Period, please contact Customer Service. If you withdraw from your purchase within the Cooling Off Period, we will provide you with a refund for your purchase.
